CHARACTER EDUCATION
On Tuesday, March 29th, Prestige School had March’s character education assembly virtually for INITIATIVE. Many students have shown initiative this month, but some have shown noticeably more. The students who received this month’s certificate are:

April’s character trait is ACCOUNTABILITY, which is the acceptance of responsibility for one’s own actions. Ms. Natanya, Ms. Veronica, Ms. Nana and the KGs sang a song to explain accountability. Great job kindergartens!
FIELD TRIPS
On Tuesday, March 22nd, students in grades 6 to 8 went to Evergreen Brick Works to participate in a fire building program and a hike in the Don Valley. Students enjoyed the fire building challenges and working in teams. The favourite part of the day was the hike in nature. Check out our gallery for more pictures.
APRIL FIELD TRIPS
Students in kindergarten to grade 8 will be going to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada in April to participate in the educational programs.
Permission forms and money are due to homeroom teachers by Friday, April 8th. Payment can be cash or cheque, e-transfers are not accepted.
KG to grade 2: Tuesday, April 26th
Grades 3 to 5: Friday, April 29th
Grades 6 to 8: Thursday, April 28th
