JUMP ROPE FOR HEART
Prestige School is participating in Jump Rope for Heart again this year! The event will be on Wednesday, May 31st, as part of Sports Day. Our fundraising goal this year is $1500. The fundraising is all on-line click to donate today: https://jumpropeforheart.crowdchange.ca/25738
The focus, for the past few years has been to practice the “EASY” healthy habits. E is to eat healthy fruits and vegetables, A is to be active for one hour or more every day, S is to reduce screen time to less than 2 hours, Y is yes to water and no to sugary drinks. Practicing these four healthy habits every day promotes a healthy lifestyle from a young age. Your heart will thank you! Thank you for your donations and helping us reach our goal.
