Prestige School is fully inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education under the Education Act of Ontario. Inspections evaluate curriculum delivery, teacher qualifications, student assessment practices, and the overall learning environment.
All credits earned at Prestige School are fully recognized by Ontario universities, colleges, and secondary schools. Students who transfer from Prestige School carry credits that are accepted anywhere in the province.

IB Candidacy
International Baccalaureate Candidate School
Prestige School Richmond Hill Campus is currently a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) for Grades 1–6. The programme began in September 2024.
IB candidate status represents a formal commitment to pursue authorization as an IB World School. During the candidacy period, the school works closely with the IB organization to implement the PYP framework, develop teachers, and build the systems required for full authorization.
The IB PYP is designed for students aged 3–12 and emphasizes inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning across six global themes. PYP learners develop ownership, critical thinking, and self-management skills that translate directly into strong academic pathways.
