Why Prestige for University
We do not just teach the curriculum. We build university-ready students.
You know your child is capable of getting into a top university, but the competition is fiercer than ever. Grades alone are not enough. Universities want demonstrated excellence, leadership, and a compelling story.
At Prestige School, our dedicated university counselling program ensures your child develops the academic record, extracurricular profile, and application strategy needed for acceptance to Canada’s and the world’s most competitive programs. Counselling begins in Grade 9 — because that is when it matters.
Book a Brilliance AssessmentAcademics
Rigorous and personalized, our program is purpose-built for university admission success. Small classes (maximum 18 students) and a challenging curriculum ensure your child's abilities are stretched — not wasted. Students take university-level Ontario credits in a setting where teachers know them well enough to push them appropriately.
University Counselling
Personalized counselling begins in Grade 9, so students build an academic and extracurricular plan with enough runway to execute it. We guide course selection for specific program prerequisites, profile development (leadership, community, athletics), and full application strategy for top-tier outcomes in Canada and internationally.
Admissions Gameplan
We keep students on track with a clear, deadline-driven application gameplan: programs, prerequisites, supplementary applications, deadlines, and submissions — handled with confidence, not last-minute stress. Students leave Grade 12 knowing exactly why they were accepted, not just that they were.
Post-Secondary Destinations
Our graduates attend Canada’s top universities — and they arrive ready.
Prestige School graduates have been accepted to some of Canada’s most competitive programs — Engineering at Waterloo, Commerce at Queen’s, Life Sciences at the University of Toronto — as well as leading universities across the United Kingdom, Asia, Australia, and beyond. Our 100% post-secondary acceptance rate is not a marketing claim; it is the consistent outcome of a program built around university preparation from Grade 9.

FAQ
University prep questions.
When does university counselling begin?
In Grade 9. This is intentional — the decisions made in Grade 9 and 10 about course selection and extracurricular involvement have a direct impact on the university application in Grade 12. Starting early means doing it right.
What is your post-secondary acceptance rate?
100%. Every Prestige School graduate who has pursued post-secondary education has been accepted. This reflects the combination of our academic preparation, counselling program, and the character we build in students over their time with us.
Can students take university-level Ontario courses at Prestige School?
Yes. Prestige School offers a full slate of Grade 11 and 12 university-level (U) and university/college-level (M) courses across Mathematics, Sciences, English, Social Sciences, and more. All credits are issued by the Ontario Ministry of Education and recognized by Canadian universities.
Does Prestige School help with supplementary applications?
Yes. For competitive programs with supplementary applications — Engineering, Commerce, Nursing, Architecture — our counselling team helps students craft responses, prepare portfolios, and meet deadlines with confidence.
What if my child transfers to Prestige School in Grade 11 or 12?
We work with students who join us later in their high school career. Our counselling team assesses their current standing and builds the best possible application strategy given their timeline. Transfers in Grade 11 are common.
“The university counselling started in Grade 9 — years before any of his friends at other schools even thought about applications. When Grade 12 came, he was calm and prepared while everyone else was panicking.”
