FRIDAY MOVIE FUN

Calling all students in KG to grade 5! Make sure to sign up for a fun movie afternoon.
On Friday, October 17th, our KG to grade 5 students will have the opportunity to end their school week with a Fun Friday Movie Afternoon, brought to you by the Prestige School DECA Team of Emerging Leaders.
Students are currently voting on which fun cartoon movie will be shown. The event will take place at 3:00 p.m., and the cost is $5 per student.
Students are welcome to bring their own blankets, snacks, and their favourite toys if they wish to make the experience even more cozy and enjoyable.
We look forward to a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon with our students!
SMART BOARD FUNDRAISERS

Our High School Student Council is in the process of forming. While positions have not yet been assigned, we are proud to see many students demonstrating strong leadership skills, creativity, and initiative. To keep their enthusiasm growing, they have decided to take the lead in organizing a series of fundraisers to raise money for more SMART Boards for our Prestige School community to share on both floors of the school.
Prestige School currently has a permanent SMART Board in the elementary math room, a SMART projector in the elementary English room, and a portable SMART Board on the second floor. Having more SMART Boards available to teachers, allows more students to have interactive and visually engaging lessons.
We are still researching pricing and exploring the best options, but we are also welcoming suggestions about the product (such as recommended models or suppliers), as well as, monetary or lump-sum donations to help us reach our goal faster. Thank you for your generosity and continued support.
DRESS CODE

As a reminder, Prestige School has an enforced dress code. Students must wear the school crested white top, school navy dress pants or skirt, and black dress shoes.
Sweaters and vests need to have the school crest. If your child wears a tie, it must be the school tie.
Students are not allowed to wear colourful sweaters to school. Students can save these unique clothing items for casual day at the end of each month.
The physical education uniform must also be the school crested t-shirt and shorts.
Thank you for your cooperation!
